QX500D 2-Channel 500 W Class-D Power Amplifier with Dante and Analogue Inputs

The Quest QX500D is a compact two-channel UMAC Class-D power amplifier delivering up to 2 x 250 W dynamic output into 4 or 8 ohms, or 1 x 500 W in bridge-mono mode for 4-ohm, 8-ohm, 70 V and 100 V systems. Two balanced analogue line inputs are summed per channel with two Dante/AES67 digital audio inputs, supporting network and local audio sources through the same amplifier outputs.

The 1RU-high, one-third-rack-width chassis accommodates three amplifiers across a single rack unit and supports wall or table mounting for distributed installations. System configuration options include per-channel level controls, selectable 80 Hz high-pass and 100 Hz low-pass filters and bridge-mono switching. Protection functions include thermal, over-current, DC and high-frequency protection.
