The CS-64 is a 6 W TOA outdoor wide range cone speaker designed for paging, background music and tone signalling distribution. It combines the intelligibility of a weather-resistant horn with the sound quality of a dynamic 12 cm cone-type speaker, using an exponential horn to support uniform and clear sound dispersion.

Suited to 70 V and 100 V distributed speaker systems, the CS-64 includes multiple transformer taps and a rotary switch for impedance changes. Its ABS resin horn and cover, splash-proof treated speaker component, surface-treated steel plate net and stainless steel hardware support practical use in outdoor commercial audio installations.
