Featuring a rugged black KTL-coated zinc diecast shell with silver-plated contacts and a unique female cage-contact design, it delivers low contact resistance and high contact integrity for clean, consistent signal transfer.

Ideal for building and repairing pro-audio cables, it uses solder contacts with an integrated solder barrier to keep solder out of the mating area, plus an improved chuck-style strain relief and polyurethane boot gland to protect against pull-out and cable bending stress. Rated 16 A per contact at under 50 V with 1.5 kVdc dielectric strength, UL 94 V-0 flammability, IP40 protection, and IEC 61076-2-103 compliance, it’s a reliable choice for demanding stage and installation environments.
