The TOA TC-651M is a 50 W high-impedance reflex horn speaker designed for public address paging and tone signalling on 70 V or 100 V distributed lines. With 111 dB sensitivity at 1 W/1 m and a 200 Hz to 6 kHz frequency response, it provides efficient voice-focused output for indoor or outdoor systems.

Rated IP65, the 400 mm diameter off-white horn combines a powder-coated aluminium flare, ABS reflector and steel bracket with stainless-steel hardware. It measures 376 mm deep and weighs 4 kg, providing a substantial weather-resistant format for fixed high-output installations.
