EVID-C8.2HC-G2 8" High-Ceiling White Ceiling Speaker

The EVID-C8.2HC-G2 is a premium 8-inch coaxial two-way loudspeaker designed for high-ceiling applications that demand superior audio performance and consistent coverage. Engineered with Electro-Voice’s renowned EZ-Install system, it ensures fast, safe, and reliable installations. With a stylish bezel-less design and magnetic grille, this model blends seamlessly into any modern environment while offering exceptional acoustics through a wide 75° conical coverage angle and a peak SPL of 122 dB. Front baffle wattage tap adjustment allows easy tuning for 70V/100V systems, or use the 8-ohm bypass for direct low impedance connections.

Built with a UL 94V-0 rated ABS front baffle and heavy-gauge steel rear enclosure, the EVID-C8.2HC-G2 ensures durability and safety in demanding indoor installations. Its broad 50 Hz – 20 kHz frequency range and powerful 150 W continuous / 600 W peak handling make it suitable for voice and music reinforcement. Designed to support integration in ceiling tiles with a 12.7 in cutout, it comes complete with a tile bridge, mounting ring, magnetic grille, and C-ring for streamlined deployment.
