The ADX51 is a professional pre-polarized condenser pencil microphone engineered for stage, studio, and broadcast capture of acoustic instruments and detailed sources. Featuring a controlled cardioid polar pattern and a wide 40 Hz–18 kHz frequency response, it uses a 14 mm gold vapor diaphragm and black electret capsule technology to deliver clear, accurate, natural sound with strong off-axis rejection.

Ideal for drum overheads, hi-hat and cymbals, percussion, acoustic instruments, group vocals, spoken word, and ambient room miking, it operates on 9–52 V phantom power (48 V recommended) and includes recessed switches for a -10 dB pad and a 150 Hz bass roll-off to manage high SPL sources and reduce low-frequency boominess for cleaner mixes in live and recording environments.
