The ND66 is a high-quality small diaphragm condenser instrument microphone designed for capturing the fast transients and rich detail of percussion and stringed instruments in live sound and studio applications. Featuring a self-biased condenser element with a cardioid polar pattern and a wide 50Hz–20kHz frequency response, it delivers clean, crisp, and detailed audio with excellent focus and off-axis rejection for easy isolation on busy stages.

Ideal for drums, acoustic guitar, strings, and other high-transient sources, it runs on standard 48VDC phantom power and includes an exclusive locking rotating head that rotates up to 90 degrees with multiple positive locking positions for fast, accurate placement in tight setups. With selectable -10dB and -20dB pads for high-SPL sources (up to 146 dB SPL at 0dB pad) plus selectable 75Hz and 150Hz high-pass filters to control rumble and proximity build-up, the ND-66 offers professional flexibility and dependable performance in a rugged zinc die-cast body with a durable black polyurethane finish.
