The EVID-C8.2LP is a high-quality low-profile 8-inch two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeaker system designed for commercial background music and high-intelligibility paging in spaces with limited plenum depth. Built around an 8-inch (200mm) polypropylene LF cone and a waveguide-coupled 1-inch (25mm) titanium/Mylar laminate HF driver, it uses a protected 2nd-order crossover (12dB/oct) around 2.6kHz with full-bandwidth overload protection to deliver smooth, reliable performance from 50Hz–20kHz with wide 110-degree conical coverage.

Ideal for retail, hospitality, offices, education, and public areas, it supports distributed audio systems with an integrated low-loss 70V/100V transformer and 8-ohm bypass plus front-baffle tap selection (70V: 1.88/3.75/7.5/15/30W; 100V: 3.75/7.5/15/30W) for fast commissioning and consistent zoning. UL and CE listed, UL 1480 and UL 2043 air-handling safe, and engineered with a ported zinc-plated steel backcan, UL 94V-0 ABS baffle/bezel, and a powder-coated perforated steel grille with safety tether, the EVID-C8.2LP delivers extended bass, durable installation, and a clean architectural finish for professional ceiling audio.
