The CAY-OPR318A is a high-quality 19 inch open frame rack designed for flexible mounting and secure storage of standard rack equipment in AV, IT, and control installations. Built from 2mm cold rolled steel and finished in textured black powder coating (RAL9004), it provides 18RU of usable rack space with an adjustable usable depth of 300-450mm, delivering a rigid professional frame that supports fast installation, neat cable access, and unrestricted airflow.
Ideal for wall-mounted or floor-standing deployments in studios, comms rooms, classrooms, and retail back-of-house environments, it complies with ANSI/EIA RS-310D, DIN41491, and IEC60297 standards and uses punched square mounting holes for snap-in cage nuts for quick equipment fitment and maintenance. Supplied as a flat-pack for efficient shipping, it assembles in around 10 minutes and includes levelling feet, expanding wall bolts, and cage nuts plus screws for a ready-to-install rack solution.
